Shipping — Saltwater Camp
Orders are fulfilled by Australian warehouse partners (Dropshipzone / Factory Fast / Ozdingo-style suppliers and similar AU dropship networks). We do not ship these SKUs from China or AliExpress warehouses — fulfilment is AU-based.
All prices and shipping quotes are in AUD.
Delivery timing (aims, not guarantees)
- After dispatch: Metro areas typically aim for about 2–5 business days after the carrier has the parcel. This is a typical window, not a hard guarantee.
- Dispatch: Many items leave the warehouse within about 1–2 business days of payment clearing (supplier-dependent).
- Remote & regional: Country, remote, and some oversized items honestly take longer — sometimes noticeably longer than metro. Peak season, weather, and courier disruptions can also stretch timelines.
- Undeliverable postcodes: Some SKUs can’t ship to every remote postcode. If that happens, we’ll cancel and refund the affected item.
Split shipments
If items in your order come from different warehouses, you may receive more than one parcel on different days. That’s normal for multi-supplier orders — you’ll get tracking for each parcel as it scans.
Tracking
Tracking is provided when the carrier scans the parcel. You’ll get an email/update once that happens; until then the order may show as preparing or awaiting dispatch.
